The gentleman on check in was exceptional, so friendly, spoke excellent English (helpful with my terrible French) and provided suggestions for dinner and drinks. He mentioned our requirement for a cot in our room and when we didn’t see a cot when entering he went and brought one to our room straight away. He was brilliant! Great that the hotel was right next to the bus stop so we were able to get transport easily and quickly in to the center of the city.

Great location for an overnight stop. Good secure parking. We have stayed before on a car journey and probably will again. There are good dining options within a short walk or you can take a short bus ride to Rouen centre.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. FuSsball table in Games room for the kids. Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Location just off the motorway. Private parking. It exceeded my expectations. A very nice hotel.

Good location as I didn't want to drive into central Rouen as was en-route to Calais. Great breakfast included in the price. Also air con - so needed right now. The staff were extremely helpful and looked after us very well. Also the private secure parking for free was great.

Ideal hotel for an overnight stop. Good service and decent restaurants within walking distance. My kids really liked this hotel. The breakfast room is excellent for a hotel in this price range.

Perfect location for the Parc Expo! Private car park, wonderful staff and a very comfy bed! Safe and comfortable, some great nights sleep were had!

The staff was very kind when we arrived with the late hour arrival. The staff at breakfast were also nice. Rooms were clean and comfy, breakfast was good

Clean, modern style budget hotel, Compact room but well designed for short stay. Large TV . Excellent Continental breakfast. Very helpful staff.
